Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know exactly what coverage I need before I call?
No. We can begin with what you want to protect, what has changed, and the questions on your mind. Then we can explain the relevant options and what more information might be needed.
Can you review a policy I already have?
Yes. We can discuss what the current documents say and help you identify questions about limits, exclusions, and changes in your circumstances. A final recommendation depends on the complete policy and facts.
Is the lowest price always the best choice?
Price matters, and so do coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, service, and the risks you can afford to retain. We can help you compare those tradeoffs.
Can home and auto coverage be placed together?
Sometimes. Availability and any discount depend on the insurer and the policies. Combining policies can be convenient, though it should still be compared with the actual coverage and total cost.
How do I request a proposal?
Start a conversation by phone or email. A proposal request is a request for follow-up, not an application or promise of coverage. Additional information, when needed, is collected through an appropriate carrier system.
What should I do after an accident or property loss?
Take care of immediate safety first, then use the claim-reporting details in your own policy materials. The Claims & Support page explains the general steps. If you would like agency guidance during normal business hours, you may Request Claims Assistance. A website request is not formal notice of a claim.
How do I change a policy or request documents?
Send a Service Request, contact VIP Services, or call 928-758-7961. No change is effective until confirmed by the agency or insurer.
